About The Position

The Marketing and Content Specialist is responsible for executing the daily operational and creative components of Relias Healthcare's marketing efforts. This role manages social media scheduling and posting, content creation across multiple formats, analytics reporting, and close collaboration with the Brand & Design Lead. A core focus of this position is content development, transforming departmental updates, provider stories, and company milestones into polished, engaging communications. The Marketing and Content Specialist also brings visual and multimedia capabilities to the team, contributing graphic design and video editing skills that bring the Relias brand to life across digital and internal channels. Understanding that providers are Relias’ number one priority and greatest asset, the position will ensure that all actions and initiatives align with the mission of valuing and empowering providers. Understanding that a core passion of Relias Healthcare is to never remain complacent in the way that we run our organization.   • Gather stories, updates, and information from internal teams to develop clear, compelling content that highlights Relias culture, achievements, and people.
  • Build positive working relationships with internal teams, hospital partners, and external stakeholders through responsive communication and dependable execution.
  • Develop content for social media, blogs, newsletters, email campaigns, provider features, and internal communications.
  • Produce original graphics, short-form videos, and multimedia assets that support campaigns and storytelling initiatives.
  • Edit and produce video content for internal and external use.
  • Assist in creating fresh, creative campaign ideas that amplify Relias Healthcare's mission and strategic initiatives.
  • Stay ahead of digital and industry trends to identify new content opportunities and keep Relias Healthcare competitive and current.
  • Draft, edit, and publish written content with accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency.
  • Maintain quality control of all scheduled posts, graphics, video assets, and communication materials.
  • Support the development of long-form content, including articles, brief case studies, and provider spotlights.
  • Ensure all content reflects Relias Healthcare's tone, values, and professional standards.
  • Create content that supports recruitment, retention, business development, and partner engagement.
  • Ensure all departments receive timely marketing support by managing project workflows, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Provide regular analytics reports to inform decision-making and optimize content strategy.
  • Enhance ROI on marketing investments by producing consistent, effective content that advances company goals.
  • Demonstrate initiative by identifying content gaps and proposing new storytelling and multimedia opportunities.
  • Uphold Relias Healthcare's standards of excellence in all communication, documentation, and public-facing content.
  • Maintain a high level of organization, reliability, and follow-through across all marketing projects.
  • Contribute to building a sustainable, scalable content pipeline that supports long-term organizational growth.
