Support client-facing content needs by developing presentations and conference outreach materials to extend brand influence externally. Develop and execute quarterly internal marketing communication plans aligned with business priorities and in collaboration with internal stakeholders. Create compelling, audience-specific content for email, intranet, and conferences using plain language, storytelling, and multimedia (video, motion graphics). Manage intranet content architecture, homepage features, and navigation to ensure content is current, searchable, and user-centered. Create and refine pitch decks, client presentations, case study materials, thought leadership visuals, and conference outreach collateral. Increase readership and intranet engagement, resulting in improved understanding and awareness of services. Contribute to an increased number of client projects through effective communication strategies.
