We’re looking for a data-driven Marketing Analytics & CRM Manager to lead the performance measurement and optimization of our marketing initiatives. This role will focus on analyzing marketing campaigns and offers, supporting strategic decision-making through advanced analytics, and managing our CRM journey across email, direct mail, and SMS. This role will support our mission to Create Guests for Life by delivering personalized, high-impact marketing experiences rooted in data and insight.
