About The Position

Groundworks, a leading foundation repair and water management specialist, is seeking a Marketing Analyst, Print and Digital to support campaign execution, analysis, and optimization across various print, aggregator, and affiliate channels. This entry-level role is crucial for monitoring daily campaign performance, identifying trends, and providing recommendations to improve Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and achieve marketing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). The position is preferred to be in-office and reports to the Head of Direct Response, collaborating closely with the Performance Marketing team. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and eager for career growth in marketing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Analytics, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience, including internship experience.
  • Ability to quickly conduct data analysis and use data to tell a story.
  • Analytical-minded and detail-oriented.
  • Fundamental understanding of digital marketing, print media, and business analysis.
  • Familiarity with Aggregator and Affiliate strategies and tactics.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, multitask, and stay organized across multiple assignments.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (BigQuery, Power BI).

Responsibilities

  • Maintain all Angi, BBB, and Yelp profiles, including adjusting existing profiles and creating new ones for new offices.
  • Track daily campaign spend and performance, providing recommendations for market adjustments, budget reallocations, profile changes, and expansion opportunities.
  • Analyze performance trends of print, aggregator, and affiliate channels.
  • Identify and communicate opportunities to management teams to improve creative and digital performance.
  • Track channel performance against monthly and yearly KPIs, identifying trends for specific office locations and service lines.
  • Create reports, dashboards, and ad hoc analyses for print, aggregator, and affiliate performance marketing management teams.
  • Conduct analysis across large datasets to understand channel performance, market trends, and progress towards business objectives.
  • Provide channel-specific reports to various marketing and business stakeholders, including query reports, demand reports, and performance reports.
  • Work with the Head of Direct Response to provide updates on tests, experiments, and large-scale projects.
  • Track spend, budget, and submit monthly invoices for print, aggregator, and affiliate channels.
  • Report to work regularly and reliably each working day.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
