About The Position

Redstone Residential is seeking a sharp, relationship-driven Marketing Account Manager to serve as the primary contact for Redstone clients. This role involves understanding client businesses, developing marketing strategies, leading internal creative, content, and digital teams, and consistently providing insights and recommendations. The ideal candidate is energized by client relationships, strategic thinking, and driving campaign performance. This position is based in the Redstone Support Team Office in Provo, UT, and operates on a hybrid work model.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Account Manager in a marketing agency or related environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of SEO, paid media (PPC), social, and content marketing.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Ahrefs, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Search Console, and Moz.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills (written, verbal, and in client meetings).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into decisions.
  • Confidence in managing multiple projects without losing attention to detail.
  • Self-starter mentality; proactive in seeking direction.
  • Alignment with Redstone’s purpose, values, and people-first mindset.

Nice To Haves

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience working with multifamily, student housing, or real estate clients.
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools (Asana, Monday, ClickUp, etc.).
  • Comfort presenting strategy and results to senior client stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building trust and follow-through.
  • Lead regular client meetings to discuss performance, strategy, and upcoming plans.
  • Anticipate client needs, propose new ideas, and be readily available for important matters.
  • Partner with clients to develop marketing plans aligned with their business goals.
  • Utilize market research and industry insights to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of trends.
  • Translate client goals into clear, actionable plans for internal teams.
  • Coordinate and manage campaigns from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with creative, content, and digital marketing teams to ensure project progression.
  • Manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously, maintaining organization.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and optimization recommendations.
  • Prepare regular client reports detailing impact and next steps.
  • Use data to guide decisions and demonstrate impact.
  • Oversee client budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation for maximum ROI.
  • Provide clients with transparent financial reporting and budget adjustment recommendations.
  • Stay updated on emerging tools, channels, and best practices in marketing.
  • Bring fresh ideas and thinking to the team and clients.
