We are seeking a Market Sales Director with extensive experience in market leadership and strategic oversight. You will lead a team of Market Sales Managers, driving market share growth and sales team effectiveness. You will lead and manage the team, drive market growth, and ensure the success of franchise activities within assigned territories. This role requires strong leadership skills, market expertise, and a track record of account management and new market launches. This team is responsible for managing the full life cycle of onboarding, retaining, and growing our franchise customers. The ideal candidate will have at least 5+ years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating proficiency in market/people leadership and strategic planning.
