About The Position

The Market Operations Coordinator provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to senior operations leadership in a fast-paced, multi-site healthcare environment. The role coordinates operational initiatives, tracks performance, facilitates communication, prepares leadership presentations, and supports projects across the market. It offers an opportunity for professional growth in healthcare operations and calls for a highly organized, results-driven, technically savvy communicator who can manage competing priorities and ensure follow-through. Based in Plano, Texas, the position is hybrid, with onsite days determined by business needs and leadership priorities. The role is full-time and non-exempt (hourly).

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
At least 2 years of experience in healthcare operations, executive coordination, or project support.
Experience supporting senior leaders in a multi-site or market-based environment.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage complex calendars and competing priorities.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Comfort leveraging AI tools and technology to improve efficiency, reporting, and work processes.
High level of discretion and professionalism.
Executive-level coordination skills and proactive follow-through.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Clear, confident communication with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
Ability to manage relationships across clinics and departments.
Attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

Provide administrative and operational support to senior operations leadership.
Coordinate day-to-day market initiatives, follow-ups, and special projects.
Track market priorities and ensure timely execution of action items.
Anticipate leadership needs, identify solutions, and independently resolve routine operational challenges with minimal oversight.
Manage competing priorities and deliver accurate, high-quality work while supporting multiple senior leaders.
Prepare operational updates, summaries, and leadership communications.
Support meeting facilitation, including taking notes or minutes and handling follow-up communications.
Manage complex calendars and schedule meetings across senior leaders, stakeholders, and cross-functional partners.
Coordinate market leadership meetings, including agendas, pre-reads, logistics, notes, and follow-up tracking.
Facilitate communication among operations, clinical leadership, compliance, training, and implementation teams.
Maintain organized documentation of key decisions, initiatives, and action plans.
Schedule and coordinate market BOM (Board/Business Operations Management) meetings, including calendar holds, logistics, attendee management, and materials distribution.
Partner with senior operations leadership to develop BOM meeting agendas and prepare and send pre-reads and materials in advance.
Capture BOM meeting minutes, document decisions, and distribute summaries in a timely manner.
Track BOM action items, owners, and deadlines, and follow up to ensure completion.
Maintain an organized repository of BOM agendas, minutes, attendance records when applicable, and supporting documentation.
Compile and track market KPIs and performance dashboards.
Prepare reports and presentation materials for market, BOM, and executive-level meetings.
Monitor performance trends and identify gaps to support leadership decision-making.
Maintain tracking tools for initiatives, deadlines, and regulatory requirements.
Support implementation of standardized workflows and operational best practices.
Assist with continuous improvement initiatives across facilities within the market.
Help drive operational consistency and accountability.
