About The Position

7-Eleven is seeking a Market Leader Trainee for Franchise Operations in the NY/NJ/CT/RI or MA region, with training in New York. This role involves leading a team of Area Leaders responsible for approximately 100-150 stores. The Market Leader will assist and counsel Area Leaders and Store Operators to maximize sales and gross profit, acting as a key change agent in a dynamic business environment. The training program typically lasts 12 months, and upon appointment to a market, a company vehicle will be provided. This position requires relocation as needed.

Requirements

5-10 years of related experience including P&L responsibility
BS/BA degree with an MBA preferred
Experience with multi-unit management for both company ops and franchise ops: small box: 100-150 stores or big box: 15-50 stores
Strong experience with retail merchandising, preferably in the C-Store and foodservice industries
Ability to travel within the assigned region with overnight travel approximately 25% of the time
Ability to relocate as needed for this role
Must be relocatable to be considered
Must be willing to train in New York

Nice To Haves

Previous multi-unit management experience is preferred
