About The Position

This role supports a cluster of financial centers in designated markets when the assigned financial center manager is absent and serves as a market-level resource. The manager operates as a business owner, fosters a team environment, and establishes an effective client-centric and risk culture. The role drives operational excellence and ensures that all aspects of financial center operations run effectively and cohesively. The position is based at the listed Bellingham or Burlington, Washington financial center locations and requires travel to any financial center within the defined market.

Requirements

At least one year of leadership experience demonstrated through coaching, training, and/or motivating a work team.
Ability to influence and collaborate with others outside of reporting authority to achieve shared goals.
Customer service skills and the ability to resolve problems independently or escalate as needed to promote customer satisfaction.
Strong financial and business acumen, including experience leading managers and interpreting financial reports to drive profitability.
Record of balancing risk and making sound decisions while achieving business goals.
Strong interpersonal skills, including engaging others in dialogue, building and deepening relationships, and providing personalized service.
Strong organizational skills, including managing multiple responsibilities, prioritizing and delegating, and delivering results.
Strong verbal, non-verbal, written, presentation, and active listening skills.
Proficiency in computer skills and professional programs such as Microsoft Office.
Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours and travel to any financial center within the defined market.
High school diploma, GED, secondary school qualification, or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

One year of management experience, including hiring, coaching, and developing direct reports.
Experience in consumer banking or financial services, mortgage, retail, and/or hospitality.
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Fluent verbal and written bilingual skills.
