Market Director - Mississippi
About The Position
The Market Director is responsible for the overall performance of the Credit Union’s assigned network of branches and for achieving regional growth goals. The role contributes to operational functions and to the formulation, implementation, and administration of corporate-wide policies and business goals. The Director ensures supervised branches are appropriately staffed and have the tools and training needed to meet company goals and objectives. The current market area includes Jackson, Byram, and Clinton, Mississippi. The successful candidate maintains the high level of service, trust, accountability, and respect expected as part of the Five Star team. The Market Director is highly motivated, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys coaching and succeeding with their team. Requirements
- At least five years of experience in a financial institution.
- At least five years of supervisory experience leading multiple groups or several direct reports.
- Ability to maintain a high level of service, trust, accountability, and respect.
- Highly motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Enjoys coaching and succeeding with a team.
