About The Position

SCP Health is seeking a Market Clinical Recruiter to join their Anesthesia Services team. This role is responsible for leading full-cycle recruitment for anesthesia clinicians, including Anesthesiologists, CRNAs, and Anesthesia Medical Directors. The recruiter will manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination. They will also develop customized recruiting strategies, build proactive talent pipelines, and serve as a strategic recruiting partner to operations and clinical leadership. The position involves representing the organization at industry events, maintaining knowledge of workforce trends, and strengthening the employer brand. This is a remote position with hybrid options available at SCP offices in Atlanta, GA; Lafayette, LA; Dallas, TX; and Traverse City, MI.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Healthcare Administration, related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare or clinical recruitment.
  • Proven sourcing and relationship-building skills in competitive talent markets.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple searches and priorities simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of physician compensation structures, contract terms, and credentialing processes.
  • Able to succeed in a high-growth, multi-site healthcare organization.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, CRM tools, and sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter.

  • Prior experience recruiting physicians, advanced practice providers, or nursing clinicians.
  • Prior experience recruiting anesthesia clinicians, including anesthesiologists and CRNAs.

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for anesthesia clinicians, including Anesthesiologists, CRNAs, Anesthesia Medical Directors, and locum-to-perm/PRN-to-full-time conversions.
  • Manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and handoff to the clinician experience team for onboarding coordination.
  • Develop customized recruiting strategies based on market conditions, specialty demand, and hiring urgency.
  • Build proactive pipelines of anesthesia talent through direct sourcing, job platforms, referral networks, residency outreach, professional associations, and social/digital campaigns.
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with passive candidates and high-priority prospects.
  • Develop targeted recruitment campaigns for difficult-to-fill markets and underserved locations.
  • Serve as a strategic recruiting partner to anesthesia operations leaders and clinical leadership.
  • Advise hiring managers on search status, market trends, compensation, candidate availability, interview effectiveness, and hiring process improvements.
  • Facilitate intake meetings to clarify hiring priorities, candidate profiles, and recruitment timelines.
  • Deliver a high-touch, relationship-focused candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Coordinate interviews, site visits, travel arrangements, and follow-up communication.
  • Ensure timely communication and efficient movement of candidates through the hiring process.
  • Support relocation and onboarding coordination as needed.
  • Utilize enterprise applicant tracking system (ATS) for accurate tracking and visibility of key performance indicators (fill rate, time-to-fill, pipeline activity, source effectiveness, offer acceptance rates, funnel conversion metrics).
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruiting workflows, sourcing strategies, and hiring outcomes.
  • Represent the organization at conferences, residency programs, career fairs, and industry networking events.
  • Maintain knowledge of anesthesia workforce trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor activity.
  • Partner with marketing and leadership teams to strengthen the organization’s clinical employer brand.
