About The Position
Will be responsible for clinical recruitment, primarily for new graduate RN's, Nurse Externs and Nursing Assistants at FirstHealth Hospitals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources or related area required.
- Must have experience with Microsoft Office.
- Experience with automated recruitment/applications systems required.
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of labor laws and EEOC laws required.
- Some travel is required.
- Must have valid NC Drivers license with good driving record.
Nice To Haves
- Minimum of 1 year experience in recruitment or human resources preferred.
- Health care recruitment experience preferred.
- Experience with iCIMS applicant tracking system preferred.
- Experience in utilizing social media as a recruitment tool preferred.
