Requirements
- Proven expertise in asset protection and risk mitigation within retail environments.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate data, identify trends, and implement corrective actions.
- Experience managing inventory control and minimizing financial losses through effective strategies.
- Ability to lead investigations related to fraud, theft, and compliance violations.
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance safety, compliance, and member experience.
- Demonstrated capability in training, developing, and holding teams accountable to company policies.
- Commitment to ethical standards, integrity, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Business Management or related field and 2 years’ experience managing cross-functional programs or salaried associates, with proven experience in end-customer focused solutions and business/financial acumen OR 4 years’ experience managing cross-functional programs or salaried associates.

Responsibilities
- Drive Asset Protection and Safety compliance across facilities by evaluating programs and collaborating with business partners to tailor solutions for market needs.
- Analyze multiple data sources and trends to identify root causes and implement actions that maximize sales and optimize member experience.
- Manage risk mitigation initiatives, financial forecasts, and budget to minimize loss and support profit plans.
- Lead investigations on financial losses and unethical behavior, preparing reports and collaborating with authorities as needed.
- Oversee training and development of Asset Protection and club management staff in compliance and risk management practices.
