About The Position

Brock University is seeking a Marker-Grader for the OBHR 4P90 Winter D3 course. This position is part of the CUPE4207-1 Employee Group and involves grading assignments, projects, and exams for the International Organizational Behaviour course. The role requires providing written feedback to students, potentially invigilating exams, and entering grades into databases. Requirements

• Must have completed OBHR 4P90 (or equivalent in English) and attained a grade of 80% or higher.
• Graduate of or Major in Business with a minimum major average of 75%.
• Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven track record of working effectively with deadlines.

Nice To Haves

• Previous Marker/Grader experience is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Mark assignments, term projects, case reports, midterms, progress exams, and/or final exams.
• Provide written feedback to students that clearly identifies the basis of the grade assigned, including substantive content, written communications, spelling, punctuation, grammar, and overall structure and organization.
• Potentially invigilate mid-terms and examinations for the course.
• Enter grades into databases, at the request of the course instructor.
