About The Position

The Marina Housekeeper is responsible for ensuring equipment, amenities, locker rooms, and general areas are clean and tidy. The work may be performed indoors and outdoors, including in wet, slippery, hot, and damp conditions, and may involve extended periods outside in various weather conditions.

• Normal vision and hearing ranges are required.
• Must be comfortable using cleaning supplies.

Nice To Haves

• One year of prior housekeeping experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness and sanitization of all equipment.
• Sweep, dust, mop, and vacuum assigned facility areas.
• Clean and disinfect bathroom areas, shower stalls, and changing spaces.
• Maintain sufficient supplies of towels, tissues, soap, and disinfectants throughout the marina.
• Empty garbage containers in assigned areas.
• Keep storage areas clean and organized.
• Immediately report complaints or areas of concern to management.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and sanitation policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned or required.
