About The Position

Jabil is seeking a Manufacturing Trainer to work at its plant in Florence, Kentucky, Building 200. The Manufacturing/Warehousing Trainer conducts established training programs in various manufacturing or engineering processes and monitors training effectiveness using established evaluation techniques. The position works a night schedule: Wednesday/Thursday through Saturday, 6 p.m. to 6 a.m.; a shift differential is offered.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 1 year of experience training in a manufacturing environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Proficiency operating a personal computer with a Windows-based operating system and related software.
Advanced PC skills, including training and knowledge of Jabil’s software packages.

Associate or bachelor’s degree.
