Manufacturing Trainer (Bilingual)
About The Position
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manufacturing Trainer who is bilingual in Spanish to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in manufacturing processes, safety protocols, and quality control and be able to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish. The Manufacturing Trainer will foster a positive learning environment that encourages employee engagement and continuous improvement. When training is not needed, this employee will complete assembly related tasks in a manufacturing environment. Requirements
- Bilingual (Spanish & English) Required
- Ability to effectively communicate processes, both formal & informal, in a way that new hires can comprehend.
- An open communication style creates a setting where employees are comfortable asking questions.
- Relevant production experience within the last 5 years.
- Ability to understand and follow simple assembly instructions.
- Ability to stand, reach, bend, and kneel without assistance.
- Ability to independently lift up to 30 lbs. and/or team lift material over 30 lbs.
- Must be a team player.
Responsibilities
- Train new hires on manufacturing processes, safety protocols, and quality control.
- Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.
- Foster a positive learning environment that encourages employee engagement and continuous improvement.
- Complete assembly related tasks in a manufacturing environment when training is not needed.
- Demonstrate a sense of urgency to complete production schedule on time.
- Accept personal responsibility for the quality and timeliness of work.
- Accurately and timely complete all required reporting functions.
- Clean and assemble equipment while following safety procedures and practices and maintaining a clean, orderly work environment.
- Cross-train jobs and rotate as needed.
