Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately
- Experience using hand tools
- Basic computer skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable, dependable, and able to work as part of a team
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or similar environment is not required.
Responsibilities
- Cutting sash and frame components to size
- Applying weatherstripping
- Installing glass into window sash
- Applying window grilles
- Assembling window frames
- Hanging window sash
- Installing hardware and screens
- Wrapping and preparing finished windows for shipment
- Performing quality inspections to ensure products meet company standards
