About The Position

Supports all aspects regarding Safety, Quality, Delivery, & Cost (SQDC) of the assigned production Value Stream(s). This role involves performing manufacturing operations within a carbon fiber composite site, accurately setting up equipment per engineering instructions, executing daily start-up activities, and completing/creating documentation associated with production processes. Maintaining a safe workspace/environment is crucial.

Requirements

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent required
• Ability to read and interpret engineering instructions.
• Physical demands of the job include: stooping, crouching, walking, pulling, light lifting (up to 25 pounds), grasping, hearing, visual acuity, kneeling, reaching, pushing, talking, standing, fingering and climbing.

• Perform manufacturing operations within a carbon fiber composite site.
• Accurately and efficiently set up equipment per engineering instructions.
