About The Position

Entegris is currently seeking a Manufacturing Technician II to join our Refurb team. This position will be based in our Burnet facility. In this role, you will be responsible for high-quality, safety-focused disassembly, assembly and troubleshooting of canisters as well as improvement of manufacturing processes to drive safety, quality, and efficiency. Shift schedule is a 3-2-2 on Night shift from 6pm-6am once fully trained and certified.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent with mechanical and/or technical experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Previous experience handling hazardous chemicals strongly preferred.
  • Safety and Quality are key in this role.
  • You will work in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment which requires astute attention to detail.
  • Dependability with flexibility to work over-time and weekends to support business needs.
  • Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office applications (SAP and PLC experience is a plus).
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 51lbs daily.
  • Ability to perform visual checks and handle highly hazardous material responsibly while wearing required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
  • Ability to attain respirator certification.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in working in an ISO 9000/14000 environment a plus.
