About The Position

We are seeking a Technical Recruiter to join our team at our Los Angeles office. As a Technical Recruiter, you will serve as the specialized recruiting engine responsible for securing critical technical talent—including Food Safety Quality Assurance (FSQA), Industrial Maintenance, Automation, and Engineering professionals—essential to maintaining operational readiness and food safety compliance across our bakery network. This role requires you to be onsite in our Los Angeles office four days per week, giving you hands-on collaboration with the team and daily exposure to the pulse of the business.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum of three years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably supporting technical or industrial roles
  • Proven experience recruiting for engineering, maintenance, automation, or FSQA-related roles
  • Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence hiring decisions
  • Excellent organizational and priority management skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
  • Proficiency in ATS systems and data-driven recruiting practices

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual in Spanish
  • Experience supporting manufacturing, food production, or bakery environments
  • Knowledge of food safety or regulatory hiring requirements
  • Strong sourcing expertise using advanced search techniques and tools
  • Experience advising on compensation and offer negotiation strategies
  • Certification in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition (e.g., SHRM, AIRS, LinkedIn Recruiter Certification)

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for technical roles across maintenance, engineering, automation, quality, and facilities
  • Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to build strong pipelines for hard-to-fill, high-impact technical positions
  • Partner closely with plant leadership, operations, and HR to align hiring plans and influence talent decisions
  • Provide market intelligence on talent availability, compensation trends, and competitive positioning
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through consistent communication and high-touch engagement
  • Manage multiple requisitions and priorities while ensuring timely hiring outcomes aligned to production needs
  • Leverage data and recruiting metrics to drive decision-making and continuous process improvement
