Plastics Manufacturing Team Members We are looking for several hard working, experienced manufacturing workers to join our team. Both day and night shifts are available with built-in career development pathways.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
2 years’ + experience working with machines in a manufacturing environment.
Mechanical experience preferred.
Work in a non-temperature-controlled factory environment
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
Climb 3 flights of stairs regularly
Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a post offer background check and drug screen in accordance with applicable federal, state and local laws.

Responsibilities

Operate a portion of the calendaring machine by adjusting controls and ensuring compound is flowing.
Monitor and feed into machine plastic compound mix and recycled plastic compound.
Clean and maintain work area and machinery including, dust rings, floor intensive mixer, roll mills and line dumpster.
Follow work instructions for proper order setup of machinery and compound.
Assist and support production line team members in machinery clean outs, changing over orders, and troubleshooting plastic inconsistencies.
