About The Position

Omni Glass & Paint is hiring a full-time Manufacturing Team Member to join their warehouse and production team. Since 1967, Omni Glass & Paint has built a reputation for quality and reliability across Wisconsin, completing thousands of successful projects. The production schedule typically runs Monday through Thursday, 6:00 am to 3:30 pm, with a short four-hour shift every Friday. The position offers a starting pay of $20 per hour, excellent benefits, opportunities for growth, and a positive, team-focused environment. As a Manufacturing Team Member, you will perform duties related to glass cutting, tempering, and handling in accordance with customer orders. All Production Laborers will be responsible for learning and working at all facility stations as required, safely and productively. This is a physical, hands-on role that involves lifting up to 50 lbs., standing for long periods, and performing repetitive tasks. You will be cross-trained across different workstations and work closely with team leads and managers to keep operations running smoothly and safely. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to read and follow written instructions
• Dependability
• Detail-oriented
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• Familiarity with hand and power tools
