Manufacturing Team Member
About The Position
Omni Glass & Paint is hiring a full-time Manufacturing Team Member to join our warehouse and production team. Since 1967, we've built a reputation for quality and reliability across Wisconsin, completing thousands of successful projects. Our production schedule typically runs Monday through Thursday, 6:00am to 3:30pm, with a short four-hour shift every Friday. Pay starts at $20 per hour, with excellent benefits, room to grow, and a positive, team-focused environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to read and follow written instructions
- Dependable
- Detail-oriented
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in manufacturing, production, or warehouse work
- Familiarity with hand and power tools
- Basic computer skills
- Mechanical aptitude
Responsibilities
- Perform duties related to glass cutting, tempering, and handling in accordance with customer orders.
- Learn and work at all facility stations as required safely and productively.
- Be cross-trained across different workstations.
- Work closely with team leads and managers to keep operations running smoothly and safely.
