About The Position

The Manufacturing Team Member I performs a variety of assembly and inspection operations by following written procedures to meet production and quality requirements. The role works under close supervision with clearly defined duties and supports compliance with company values, safety, environmental, security, quality, and regulatory requirements.

This is a second-shift position working 4:00 p.m. to 2:30 a.m., Monday through Thursday. The stated salary range is $16.66–$24.43, with a 22% shift differential.

Requirements

• High school graduation or equivalent.
• Ability to read English and comprehend and follow detailed instructions.

Nice To Haves

• Previous work experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Familiarity with microscopes and measuring devices.
• Previous light assembly experience.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to Integer values and applicable safety, environmental, security, quality, company policy, operating procedure, and regulatory requirements, including QMS and FDA regulations.
• Set up equipment for assembly and inspection according to process specifications.
• Assemble component parts according to prints using manual and automated machine operations.
• Visually and/or dimensionally inspect parts and completed assemblies for conformance to specifications, using a microscope when needed.
• Identify and escalate quality non-conformances.
• Complete required documentation.
• Package product for shipment as needed.
• Participate in team activities focused on continuous improvement.
• Expand skills through on-the-job training, cross-training, job rotations, and classroom instruction.
• Perform other functions as required.
