About The Position

The Manufacturing Team Member I performs a variety of assembly and inspection operations by following written procedures to meet production and quality requirements. The role works under close supervision, with clearly defined duties, and uses manual and automated equipment to assemble and inspect components and completed assemblies. The position is a second-shift role, Monday through Thursday, from 4:00 p.m. to 2:30 a.m.

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Ability to read in English, comprehend detailed instructions, and follow them.

Nice To Haves

• Previous work experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Familiarity with microscopes and measuring devices.
• Previous light assembly experience.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to Integer Values and all safety, environmental, security, and quality requirements, including applicable management systems, FDA regulations, company policies, operating procedures, and other regulatory requirements.
• Set up equipment for assembly and inspection according to process specifications.
• Assemble component parts according to prints using manual and automated machine operation.
• Visually and/or dimensionally inspect parts and completed assemblies for conformance to specifications, using a microscope when needed.
• Identify and escalate quality non-conformances.
• Complete required documentation.
• Package product for shipment when needed.
• Participate in team activities focused on continuous improvement.
• Expand skills through on-the-job training, cross-training, job rotations, and classroom instruction.
• Perform other functions as required.
