Requirements

• Manufacturing experience with strong operational knowledge
• Proven leadership experience, including performance management and employee coaching
• Experience conducting performance reviews and managing team performance
• Strong organizational skills and experience with inventory management
• Ability to lead by example, communicate clearly, and motivate a team

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of production associates, providing guidance, coaching, and support
• Conduct performance management and employee reviews
• Monitor team performance and set goals to meet production targets
• Oversee inventory, materials, and workflow to ensure efficiency
• Collaborate with management to implement process improvements
• Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards
