Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of production process experience or related experience in a medical device, manufacturing, or ISO registered environment.
  • Computer proficiency.
  • Data entry experience preferred.
  • Leadership skills / scheduling planning.
  • Microsoft Excel / Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Follow HIPAA, ISO 13485, Joint Commission, and OSHA standards.
  • Adhere to all Work Instructions, SOPs, and safety requirements.
  • Comply with iRhythm’s Core Values, policies, procedures, quality standards, and safety and environmental regulations.
  • Ensure quality product is produced in compliance with all company policies and procedures.
  • Communicate regularly with assemblers to inform, answer questions, provide direction, and plan activities to meet production/quality requirements.
  • Facilitate communication between assemblers, shifts, and other departments to implement best practices, resolve problems, and sustain consistent performance to meet daily objectives.
  • Train other assemblers in their particular roles and responsibilities.
  • Assist in creating a cohesive team environment through enthusiastic leadership, empowerment, counseling, coaching, and mentoring.
  • Provide ongoing information to supervisor regarding team member performance/quality and participate in performance discussions.
  • Assist in creating a culture of continuous improvement and drive the company towards becoming a learning organization.
  • Promote a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Execute effective production (proactive and reactive) plans/activities to meet daily production schedules in their designated area along the Value Stream.
  • Provide Job Instruction Training and coaching to team members.
  • Ensure all line personnel are trained and certified on their assigned functions, including updating Training forms.
  • Perform daily documentation of Work Orders, line clearing forms, scrap reports, and daily hour summaries.
  • Maintain balanced, pull-based production lines with a 1x1 workflow.
  • Ensure quality product flows through the lines.
  • Provide all necessary support to ensure timely resolution for line stoppages.
  • Conduct Line Walks.
  • Maintain the Daily Teams Monthly count report.
  • Implement the development plan for assemblers to reach their maximum potential.
  • Complete all necessary paperwork, ensuring compliance with GDP guidelines.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and quality policies and cGMP requirements.
  • Ensure assemblers have the necessary tools and materials to perform their work.
