About The Position

The Manufacturing Team Lead – Shared Resources leads a crew of 5–10 and helps keep production operations running cleanly and on time. The role balances pace, quality, and teamwork while maintaining high standards for safety, accountability, and precision. It coordinates workflow, assigns work according to employee skills and production demand, provides coaching, supports hiring and training, and reinforces compliance, traceability, and QMS expectations while driving continuous improvement. The shift begins with coordination among other leads and a review of daily priorities. The lead then works on the production floor to track progress, clear bottlenecks, communicate as work moves through shared resources, and make real-time decisions. At the end of the shift, the lead confirms documentation is complete, provides clear notes to the next shift, and prepares the floor for the following day.

Requirements

Proven leadership in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to read and execute work instructions and use specialized tools.
