About The Position

The Manufacturing Team Lead – Shared Resources guides a crew of 5–10 and helps keep production operations running cleanly and on time. The role balances pace, quality, and teamwork to ensure builds meet expectations, while establishing high standards for safety, accountability, and precision. The position coordinates workflow, assigns work according to employee skills and production demand, coaches employees in the moment, and supports hiring and training. It reinforces compliance, traceability, and Quality Management System (QMS) expectations while driving continuous improvement. The shift includes coordinating with other leads on priorities, monitoring floor progress, clearing bottlenecks, communicating as work moves through shared resources, and making real-time decisions. The lead confirms documentation is complete, provides clear notes to the next shift, and prepares the floor for the following day.

Requirements

Proven leadership in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to read and execute work instructions and use specialized tools.
