Do you have a passion for data and innovation? In this role you will identify, propose, and craft technical solutions that are user-friendly, scalable, and address key business issues. You will analyze legacy systems and interfaces and collaborate with software developers and business teams to design new and advanced cross-platform solutions. Using your deep understanding of programming and modeling, you will provide analysis and visibility into recurring business issues and inefficiencies, and recommend software or systems features to help reduce time and cost. This will include managing project-related testing, implementation, improvements, maintenance, and training. Develop project plans and timelines for system initiatives. Drive stakeholder alignment, ensuring smooth execution of system rollouts and upgrades. Mitigate risks & manage change requests , develop and deliver training materials for end-users and leadership teams.

Requirements

7+ years of experience in project management, preferably in system implementations and ERP integrations.
Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle)
Knowledge of workflow automation and project tracking tools.
Strong stakeholder management and ability to bridge the gap between IT and business functions.
Proficiency in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies.
In-depth knowledge in machine learning and predictive analytics (Python, R, Tableau, Alteryx, or similar).
Familiarity with databases, large data sets, reporting Tableau and SQL a plus.
An understanding of data in a complex enterprise system landscape, including data governance, quality, and synchronization.
Ability to lead impactful programs independently under concurrent deadlines.
Able to work independently when managing multiple priorities in an unstructured environment is essential.

Nice To Haves

MBA or MS in Information Systems, Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering or similar field or hands on experience in technical roles preferred.
International experience preferred.
