About The Position
Working full time as Manufacturing Support, you will assist with daily operations at the facility and satellite facilities. The role includes estimating costs for custom fasteners, MRO, and OEM replacement parts. A flexible schedule may be available after onboarding and training, once performance goals are met.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old due to the nature of the work.
- Have excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Be highly motivated, self-directed, and customer-service oriented.
- Demonstrate strong organization, planning, and prioritizing abilities.
- Demonstrate strong math aptitude, attention to detail, and a sense of urgency.
- Exhibit strong problem-solving, deductive reasoning, and decision-making skills.
- Work independently and in a team environment.
- Learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrate the company's core values of ambition, innovation, integrity, and teamwork.
- Lift, slide, carry, and lower packages typically weighing 25–50 pounds and potentially up to 100 pounds.
- Pass the required drug screen in the United States, Puerto Rico, or Guam.
