About The Position

As a full-time Manufacturing Support employee, you will support daily operations at the facility and its satellite facilities. The role includes estimating costs for custom fasteners, MRO, and OEM replacement parts, along with supporting branches and coordinating production activities. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., at the Loves Park, Illinois manufacturing facility.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old due to the nature of the work.
• Have excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Be proficient using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Be highly motivated, self-directed, and customer service oriented.
• Demonstrate strong organization, planning, and prioritizing abilities.
• Demonstrate strong math aptitude, attention to detail, and a sense of urgency.
• Exhibit strong problem-solving, deductive reasoning, and decision-making skills.
• Work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrate the company's core values of ambition, innovation, integrity, and teamwork.
• Lift, slide, carry, and lower packages typically weighing 25–50 pounds and potentially up to 100 pounds.
• Pass the required drug screen (applicable in the United States, Puerto Rico, and Guam only).
