About The Position

The Manufacturing Supervisor, Production oversees cost, schedule, safety, and quality for a designated area of the operation. The role uses leadership and organizational skills to deliver high-quality output and meet deadlines established by project schedules, Superintendent direction, or independent judgment. The supervisor receives general guidance on work priorities and has substantial latitude for independent decision-making. Requirements

At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing.
At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role.

Nice To Haves

Experience in a union environment.
Bachelor’s degree in construction, manufacturing, or another related field.

Responsibilities

Coordinate work schedules, staffing requirements, and production sequences to maximize manufacturing productivity.
Study, suggest, and assist with implementing improvements to the manufacturing process.
Develop and mentor staff for potential career advancement.
Coordinate work and schedules with other departments as needed.
Review and study drawings for designated projects.
Assist with preplan form setup and form changes.
