Production Supervisor - Pallet Manufacturing
About The Position
As a Production Supervisor at 48forty Solutions, you will work closely with Plant management to develop plant personnel and help ensure plant operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will lead the production function at the site, uphold safety and quality standards, and support production goals. The role includes pallet sorting and light pallet repair, forklift operation, and customer service duties, as well as providing customer support when needed. The position is based at 8221 East 96th Avenue, Unit C, Henderson, CO 80640. The regular schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with overtime as needed and occasional swing shifts. Pay is $25.00–$26.00 per hour. The work may involve extreme conditions, including heat, cold, outdoor elements, and airborne particulates. Employees may need to lift 50–75 pounds repetitively and bend, stoop, walk, turn, pivot, and stand for shifts of varying lengths. Noise levels depend on the location. Personal protective equipment is required, including eye protection and safety shoes; ear protection is mandatory at several locations. The role also requires close, distance, and color vision, a good sense of balance, and good eye-hand-foot coordination. Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- 2–3 years of experience in a warehouse or similar facility.
- Demonstrated experience leading a team.
- Ability to communicate effectively and regularly with the Plant management team.
Responsibilities
- Enforce safety standards, achieve production goals, and maintain quality standards.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the site's production function.
- Perform pallet sorting, light pallet repair, forklift operation, and customer service duties.
- Lead production and provide customer support when necessary.
- Work overtime as needed or occasional swing shifts.
