Manufacturing Supervisor- 2nd Shift

Reporting to the Plant Manager, this person will be responsible for supervising hourly Razor production employees to meet Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost Metrics and improve the operational performance of the facility.
Requirements
- Associates degree; or 4+ years' relevant work experience
- 4+ years' experience in a manufacturing environment, with metal stamping experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Nice To Haves
- Experience with AS400, JDE, Lean Manufacturing, and/or SAP preferred
Responsibilities
- Adherence to Atkore Safety / Life Saving Rules is paramount
- Training, coaching, and developing the hourly Razor workforce
- Develop and conduct training for new associates
- Establish work procedures and schedules to meet customer demands
- Work closely with leadership to ensure all processes and accurate, documented and updated properly.
- Uphold and enforce company policies, values, procedures, and housekeeping practices
- Create and modify standard work
