About The Position
The McKenny Group is leading a confidential search for a Manufacturing Quality leader on behalf of a large automotive manufacturing organization. This is a high-priority opportunity for a professional who brings strong experience in quality systems leadership, manufacturing compliance, audits, corrective actions, and continuous improvement. The selected individual will play an important role in supporting quality performance across the operation, maintaining strong systems and process discipline, and partnering closely with leadership and operations teams. This position will help support both day-to-day quality execution and broader operational performance.
Requirements
- Strong quality leadership experience in manufacturing
- Experience in quality systems, audits, corrective actions, and compliance
- Ability to support operational quality performance in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills
- Ability to work effectively across operations and leadership teams
Nice To Haves
- ISO or manufacturing quality systems experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead quality-related initiatives across a manufacturing environment
