About The Position

The Field Quality Team (FQT) Lead role within the Product Reliability organization serves as a technical project manager for field quality topics. The role is to lead cross-functional teams to identify the most critical field issues, analyze trends, open and manage FRACAS investigations, and escalate technical concerns to the appropriate subject matter experts (SMEs).
