The Manufacturing Programs Manager owns the governance, planning, and execution of manufacturing programs across one or more sites and production disciplines. This role establishes and maintains program governance frameworks, standardized metrics, and reporting processes to ensure manufacturing programs align with enterprise objectives, capacity strategies, and operational readiness requirements. This position leads and develops a team of Manufacturing Programs Manager and Associate Managers, Manufacturing Projects responsible for new product introductions, capacity expansions, line launches, facility readiness, process changes, and other strategic manufacturing initiatives. The manager drives cross-functional collaboration with Safety, Quality, Operations Engineering, Manufacturing, Materials, Planning & Scheduling, Continuous Improvement, and Business Technology to deliver all required outputs for successful program execution. The Manager, Manufacturing Programs oversees integration of new capital equipment, technologies, systems, and workflows into manufacturing operations and provides feedback to engineering and business teams to improve manufacturability, operational efficiency, and process flow. The role promotes structured decision making, Lean principles, and change management methods to ensure sustainable implementation of new processes, technologies, and operating models.
