Manufacturing Production Supervisor
About The Position
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Manufacturing Supervisor to lead our production team and drive operational excellence. The successful candidate is a highly organized leader who can juggle competing priorities, anticipate challenges before they impact production, and keep people, processes, and schedules aligned. Reporting to the General Manager, you will oversee daily production operations, guide production team, and play a key role in meeting production goals, customer commitments, and company objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and three years experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Manufacturing leadership or supervisory experience.
- Experience with production planning, process improvement, and workforce development.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn ERP systems.
Nice To Haves
- Prior electronic manufacturing experience preferred.
- Experience in ISO or regulated manufacturing environments is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of approximately 12 production employees, creating a culture of accountability, collaboration, safety, and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate daily manufacturing activities and balance shifting priorities, schedules, material availability, staffing needs, and customer requirements to achieve production and quality goals.
- Track critical details across the operation, anticipate obstacles, and implement solutions that keep production moving and minimize disruptions.
- Drive process improvements that increase efficiency, reduce costs, enhance quality, and optimize the use of people, materials, and equipment.
- Partner with Materials, Purchasing, Programs, and other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and on-time delivery to customers.
