Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree with 2 plus years of related experience or 0 to 1 plus years of supervisory experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree with 5 plus years of specific experience and 2 plus years of related supervisory experience
Nice To Haves
- Master’s Degree
Responsibilities
- Ensures equipment is in working order and that working conditions are safe at all times
- Manage the overall package and product quality, ensuring standards and specifications are maintained
- Responsible for the production process, making periodic checks and adjusts equipment or work practices
- Responsible for staffing, training, and developing the members of the team
- Adhere within labor and OPEX budget
- Other duties as assigned
