Manufacturing / Production Supervisor
About The Position
Join the leading beverage provider, Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling! This is a Full Time, 2nd Shift position with a 1:30pm start time. The Manufacturing Supervisor ensures equipment is in working order and that working conditions are safe at all times. You will manage the overall package and product quality, ensuring standards and specifications are maintained. The Manufacturing Supervisor is responsible for the production process, making periodic checks and adjusts equipment or work practices. As the Manufacturing Supervisor, you will be responsible for staffing, training, and developing the members of the team. Additionally, you will need to adhere within labor and OPEX budget. Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree with 2 to 4 years of related experience and 0 to 1 years of leadership experience
- High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 5-7+ years of specific exp and 2 to 3 plus years of leadership experience
