About The Position

We are currently accepting applications for full-time Manufacturing Production Associates in multiple departments at our Stevensville, MD facility. Schedule: Monday-Friday, 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM. Starting Pay: $19.00/hour (includes a $2.00/hour shift differential). We hire for a variety of manufacturing areas, and responsibilities will vary depending on department assignment. Specific duties and department placement will be discussed during the interview process. No prior guitar-building experience is required. We provide hands-on training for motivated individuals who are eager to learn and take pride in producing quality work.

Nice To Haves

Manufacturing, woodworking, assembly, trade school, or luthiery experience is a plus, but not required
An appreciation for guitars, music, woodworking, or craftsmanship is a plus, but not required
