About The Position

We are currently accepting applications for full-time Manufacturing Production Associates in multiple departments at our Stevensville, MD facility. Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM. We hire for a variety of manufacturing areas, and responsibilities will vary depending on department assignment. Specific duties and department placement will be discussed during the interview process. No prior guitar-building experience is required. We provide hands-on training for motivated individuals who are eager to learn and take pride in producing quality work.

Interested in hands-on manufacturing work and continuous learning

Nice To Haves

Trade School and/or Luthiery School experience is a plus
Woodworking experience and an interest in handcrafted products is a plus
An appreciation for guitars, music, woodworking, or craftsmanship is a plus, but not required
