About The Position

Drive Medical is a leading manufacturer of medical products with a strong growth record. We are hiring warehouse billers to join our team. The Auditor/Biller is responsible for ensuring the correct product is delivered to the customer on time and without damage. This involves processing outgoing package shipments using UPS, FedEx, and LTL Carriers, utilizing SAP and other necessary software. The role also includes auditing customer orders before shipment using SAP and relevant software. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

Requirements

• Processing outgoing package shipments using UPS, Fed EX, LTL Carriers
• Using SAP and all necessary software
• Auditing customer orders prior to shipping using SAP and all necessary software

Responsibilities

• Accurately processing and shipping outgoing orders in a timely manner
• Print packing lists and labels, and apply as required
• Verify orders are complete prior to release for shipment
• Check for proper safety measures while working
• Develop an attitude and participate in an environment of continuous improvement
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work area
• Other duties may be assigned
