About The Position

Tru Vue Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Process Technician for their facility in Faribault, MN. This is a 1st shift position, Monday-Friday, from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, with a starting pay of $22.50/hour. The role is ideal for individuals with hands-on manufacturing experience who enjoy problem-solving, working with technology, and being part of a strong team environment. Requirements

Minimum 2 years of manufacturing experience required
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Comfortable using computers and tracking production data
Detail oriented with a focus on quality and safety
Ability to work in a fast paced team environment

Nice To Haves

Technical or process control experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Operate and monitor coating line production equipment
Adjust process settings and troubleshoot issues
Perform testing and quality checks
Track production data and maintain accurate records
Support continuous improvement projects
Train and collaborate with team members to keep operations running efficiently
