About The Position

Tru Vue is seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Manufacturing Process Technician with manufacturing experience who enjoys problem-solving, working with technology, and being part of a strong team environment. This role operates and monitors coating line production equipment, adjusts process settings, troubleshoots issues, performs testing and quality checks, tracks production data, and supports continuous improvement projects. The technician will also train and collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of manufacturing experience required
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Comfortable using computers and tracking production data
Detail oriented with a focus on quality and safety
Ability to work in a fast paced team environment

Nice To Haves

Technical or process control experience is a plus
