About The Position

Volt is immediately hiring Multiple Manufacturing Positions for a leading manufacturing company in Henderson, CO. Open Positions include Machine Operator, Forklift Operator, and General Laborers. These are full-time/ temp to hire opportunities with a Monday-Friday schedule from 5:00 am to 2:30 pm, with overtime on Saturdays as needed. The pay rate for all positions is $20/hr.

Requirements

• 6 months to 1 year of manufacturing experience (tile or color production preferred)
• Forklift experience preferred (6+ months)
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
• Strong multitasking skills and attention to detail
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to perform repetitive movements and remain active throughout the shift

Nice To Haves

• Tile or color production experience
• Forklift experience

Responsibilities

• Operate strapping machines to secure pallets of tile
• Perform quality checks and package tile as a Kiln Exit Operator
• Clean equipment and work areas daily to maintain safe operations
• Operate forklifts to move, load, and unload materials safely and efficiently
• Assist production operations with material handling and rework activities
• Inspect products for quality, dimensions, and compliance with specifications
• Package manufactured products using wrapping equipment and materials
• Clean molds and mold equipment to remove debris and buildup, ensuring molds remain in good working condition and meet production quality standards.
• Assist with mold changeovers, organization, and staging to support production requirements.
