About The Position

ContiTech USA, LLC is seeking motivated Production Operators to join their team across all shifts. This is an opportunity to join a growing manufacturing operation and be part of the team supporting continued growth, with multiple team members being hired due to two large plant expansions. Production Operators play an important role in manufacturing high-quality conveyor belting products used in agricultural, industrial, and specialty applications. Depending on the assigned area, responsibilities may include working on presses, calenders, finishing equipment, or other production processes while following established safety, quality, and production standards. Training and opportunities to learn and grow within the facility are provided for both experienced manufacturing professionals and those looking to start a career in manufacturing.

Requirements

Intermediate computer skills required
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions precisely.
Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Commitment to teamwork and a desire to contribute to the company’s growth and success.

Nice To Haves

High School Diploma or GED preferred
Strong attention to detail is critical, as defects in cured products can be challenging to repair.
Experience in manufacturing or production environments is preferred but not required.
Have more than 1+ years experience in manufacturing position
High School Diploma or GED
Forklift and/ or Crane operating experience

Responsibilities

Operate machinery while ensuring the highest levels of precision and efficiency.
Report issues promptly to your Department Head or Supervisor using established communication channels.
Accurately complete daily production reports, including those related to productivity, quality control holds, material usage, and material movement.
Adhere to all safety protocols, corporate policies, and internal procedures. Seek clarification from your Department Head or Supervisor when needed.
Actively participate in enhancing your knowledge of work orders, products, and processes.
Contribute to safety, quality, productivity, and cost-saving initiatives.
Take part in internal and external training opportunities.
