About The Position
Volt is immediately hiring a Machine Operator/ Warehouse Worker for a leading company in Fairfield, CA. As a Machine Operator/ General laborer, you will operate a sort machine/can-compaction machine in a fast-paced production environment, sort different materials and inspect for damages, complete production, safety, and quality documentation accurately, and operate a sit-down double forklift.
Requirements
- 2+ years of warehouse experience in a fast-paced environment
- 2+ years of production or manufacturing experience
- Experience working around production equipment or machinery
- Ability to lift up to 55 lbs. consistently
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of food safety and/or lean manufacturing principles preferred
